Recover Funds From a Previous Mint

Changing a store's mint or unit leaves any existing balance behind in the old mint's wallet, where the normal balance and withdraw screens can't see it. This finds that stranded ecash and exports it as a claimable Cashu token.

Visitor addresses

Login and request limits count attempts per visitor address. If your site runs behind a cache, a load balancer or Cloudflare, this server has to read the real address from what that service passes along. Automatic handles that on almost every hosting setup — change it only if the address below is wrong.

Tell me when a new version is released. Fetches https://cashupayserver.org/version.json a few times a day. It sends nothing about this server, not even which version it runs; like any web request, the site sees this server's address. Nothing is ever installed for you. The same file can carry a signed emergency notice from the developers: if this version has a serious security hole, the server shuts itself down until you upgrade it.
